"I am so lucky to have found OnBalance and specifically Jaire for massage and bodywork.  He is excellent, and regardless of your level of flexibility, exercise and stress/tension, I am sure he can find a way to help you feel better. 
In addition to a great job with the massage after discussing previous experiences and current problems, he also provided some stretching, exercise and posture recommendations that I should do to help improve my areas of tension. 
I work a desk job most of the day, but travel often, so the session was perfect for what I need and I now have a great massage option very close to home.  I will definitely be back!"
